Each of you will have your one:one sessions with PJ / Alis to reflect on personal patterns, gain perspective on sticky situational challenges, and dialogue about tangible solutions. This is a personal and supportive process where we empower you to be your own guide, while acting as the sherpa, midwife, and spotter to your life’s journey.

Coupled Communication

Words are tricky things, our understanding of which is greatly skewed depending on the context through which we received their lessons. Facilitated Coupled Communication Sessions will provide insight on conversational patterns and will create opportunities to create new habits while working through topics that have felt challenging. The incorrect pattern of words can sometimes trigger a past trauma experience in a partner and then bypass their logic and reasoning skills, taking your conversation further from resolution. With the support of your sacred witness you will have an energetice modeling and accountability to move further into the conversation. Trusting the advocacy of your allies when things feel misunderstood.
